Led the design of the global Finance Street Plan Blueprint, defining the target architecture, operating model and roadmap. Secured Executive approval by demonstrating how unified data, AI-enabled forecasting and automated controls strengthen governance, reduce risk and improve enterprise-wide decision-making.
